On Wednesday Night, Police Lieutenant Colonel Sutum, led a team of undercover Pattaya Police Officers on an operation at the Tepprasit Villas in Jomtien to catch a suspected foreign drug dealer.
Officers arrested Mr. Armando Manuel Rosse aged 39 from Mozambique.
He was caught in possession of two bags of Crystal Methamphetamine weighing 32.9g and 26.5g and was immediately placed under arrest and was then transported to Pattaya Police Station.
The suspect was in high sprits and appeared unaware of the seriousness of the crime.
During questioning, Mr. Rosse claimed he received the drugs from an Italian man in Bangkok with the intention of selling the drugs to foreigners in Pattaya.
He is now behind bars charged with dealing in class 1 drugs and will appear in court next week.
