 After having been repeatedly asked to turn down his music on his car stereo system, and choosing to ignore the pleas, a young Thai man, Khun Panya Tanod-Chaisong, a 23 year old Fireman working out of Koh Larn’s Coral Island Station, eventually got a lot more than he bargained for when his neighbour, Khun Wongjan Chaisen, aged 55, at the end of his tether, lost his temper and shot the young man in the back.
