Major automakers are offering aggressive promotions to attract customers at Thailand's annual motor show, which opened today and runs until April 7 at Impact Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi province.
Grand Prix International, the organiser of 34th Bangkok International Motor Show, said it expected that the 12-day event will gain 50,000 to 60,000 car booking orders and draw in more than 1.9 milllion visitors. Last year's event received about 57,000 booking orders.
A total of 34 car brands and nine motorcycle brands together with manufacturers of car accessories are participating in the motor show, the organiser said.
