The Royal Thai Navy held the first rehearsal for the Royal Barge Procession in preparation for the royal journey to present the kathin robe for 2026, marking the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana ’s 4th-cycle birthday on June 3, 2026.
A total of 2,200 personnel, including senior naval commanders and royal barge oarsmen, took part in the ceremony at the foot of Rama VIII Bridge in Bangkok’s Bang Phlat district on Aug 17.
