This mouth-watering ice-cream is served with cookies and fruit before being lathered with sweet syrup.

The dish is sold at the dessert restaurant Ni-Ang Ice Cream in Bangkok.

Sweet-toothed customers can choose different toppings such as cornflakes, Oreos, coco crunch, bananas, honey and strawberries.

The ice cream shop is owned and run by a 63-year-old couple who have been serving their signature egg yolk ice-cream in the Talad Phlu district for more than 50 years.

Each bowl of ice cream costs between 50 and 120 Baht. Ni Ang welcomes visitors every day from 5.00 PM to 2.00 AM.
