Once a year, locals go crazy for selfies on the 'floating train' at Thailand's longest dam. The locomotive travels from Bangkok to the Pasak Jolasid Dam in Lopburi province .

Rides are only open for two months every year in December and January, so locals and holidaymakers cram onto the route for the amazing views. The train actually seems to float as it goes round the corner of the 5km long embankment dam, also called the Pasak Chonlasit Dam. The amazing views of the floating train is why it has become very popular.

Passengers can then take selfies and pictures of the landscape while the train stops for 30 minutes. Amazing views, then it's a 160km ride back to Bangkok's train station. What an amazing train ride!
