The Fine Arts Department on Monday conducted a worshipping ceremony to pray for the smooth renovation of royal chariots and related appliances to be used in the royal cremation of King Bhumibol Adulyadej next year.
The ceremony took place at the National Museum Bangkok where royal chariots were kept Monday afternoon.
The renovation would cover five royal chariots, two royal ladders and two royal litters among others.

The Customs Department on Tuesday showed 16 tonnes of smuggled raw buffalo meat worth 1.6 million baht, which was contaminated and would be destroyed.
Customs director-general Kulit Sombatsiri said the frozen meat was smuggled in 800 packs. Samples had been sent to the Livestock

Ja lidt mærkeligt ser det da ud, at så gamle damer er nødt til at forsørge både deres børn, og deres børnebørn.
Hvis man ser på en gammel mor på 60 år, der stadig forsørger sine "børn" der vel må være rundt de 40, så må der sgu da være noget galt et eller andet sted.
Eller hvad med hende der også forsørger sine børnebørn((7)).
Jeg kan huske min oldemor, hun havde besvær nok med at forsørge sig selv uanset hun havde 12 oldebørn, men hun lå heller ikke og føjtede rundt i christianshavns Kanal med turister og spillede fattig, og hældte vand ud af ørerne som de gamle hustlere i Bangkok.
