Rally leader Amorn Amornrattananon, who let a protest at Chamai Maruchet Bridge, ordered protesters to retreat and wait for what he called "good news" at 8.30pm.
Amorn’s statement came admist reports that Suthep Thaugsuban, core protest leader, left his base at the Government Complex with his close aide; Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, to meet Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra at an unknown location for a second time.
Democrat-affiliated Bluesky sattlelite channel aired retreating of the protesters to Rajdamnoen rally site. The protesters at other areas were already retreated to Rajadamnoen. They were welcomed at other protesters gathering at the site.
Amorn told reporters that the good news will come 8.30pm. But an informed source said Suthep will talk to the protesters after 9pm.
Yingluck earlier told reporters that she was willing to do anything in order to make people happy. However she said Suthep’s proposed "People’s Council" was unconstitutional.
Both met for a first time last night with the presence of the armed forces’ commanders in chief.

Hvis man nu skød Suthep. Så var der vel ro et stykke tid. Så kan han da ikke betale dem for at protestere *TH*
